We occasionally get large lots of washers and dryers that we sell by the truckload. If you would like to be notified when they become available, complete the form below to be on our email list. Please note, we do not hold many wholesale machines and usually only sell them in large batches when we get them. Prices for wholesale washers range from $25-$500 depending on type, size and age. Prices for wholesale dryers range from $15-$300 depending on type and age. Please read our wholesale policies below before ordering a truck of machines.
Wholesale Policies:
Pricing: Pricing is fixed per machine for sale by the truck-load. Buyers buying 3 or more truckloads or paying cash can request a lower price. If you are looking for a few machines, you should contact one of our other buyers and work with them. We do not want to sell these retail or in small lots—it is not worth our time when we have large quantities of machines to sell. If you do want a small lot, plan on paying us twice the wholesale truckload price or more. Payment: Payment is due in full before the machines are picked up. Most buyers pay with a check or wire transfer. If you are paying with a check, please allow time for it to clear before picking up the machines. Credit cards can be used with an additional 3% charge. We do not offer financing. Prices are wholesale and based on payment in full before delivery. Ordering: Machines are sold first come, first serve in order of payment or deposit. If we have worked with you before, we will be willing to hold machines within a short time. If you are a first time wholesale buyer, we will only reserve machines after payment or a deposit has been made. We require a 25% deposit to hold machines for first time buyers. Since we are usually working on location with a tight time frame for removal and shipment, we are not able to warehouse machines for later sale or pick-up. To order call 800-365-8014 or email: wholesale@selectlaundry.com. Machine Quality: These are not broken or unwanted machines discarded by individuals. These are machines that have been in service until they were removed at the end of the lease. We do not intentionally sell any machines that have significant dents or scratches that would inhibit their resale value. Machines will have normal wear and tear and will usually require cleaning and detailing prior to retail sale. See pictures or come inspect the machines on site to get a better feel for the quality. We also do not wholesale machines that are marked out of order or do not appear to be working when they are removed. Usually about 10% of what we remove from a government contract is in this condition (these may also be available for sale at a lower price). The remaining 90% of machines that are good are sold as-is with no warranty stated or implied. Wholesale machines come from government contracts and are usually all the same make, model and year. The government leases machines for 3-5 years depending on the location and then gets new machines (that is your tax dollars at work). The use on the machines is usually higher than a single family since they are mostly from shared housing and dormitory locations. Sometimes machines will have had very little use when locations are unoccupied. The government contracts state that the machines have to be maintained and serviced during the lease term so it is our expectation that all machines are working when they are removed unless they are marked otherwise. If you are present when your machines are loaded, you will NOT be able to choose which machines you get. We will not include any broken or dented machines, but we do not allow “cherry-picking” to be fair to all buyers. Machines will be a natural mix of better and worse depending on the overall lot. Packing & Loading: All prices include our labor in loading onto the truck or trailer of your choice. We will work with you to load and pack your trailer according to your specifications as much as possible. Machines are packed in cardboard or with cardboard between machines to prevent damage during shipping. We also recommend load locks in semi-trailers to minimize movement over the road. While we will do our best to load your machines, we are not responsible for damage that occurs in transport or unloading. Shipping: It is recommended that you make your own shipping arrangements, but many buyers ask for assistance with shipping and we are happy to provide assistance when possible. We work with many trucking companies and will assist you in getting a quote for shipping. Shipping must be paid before pick-up or you must work out other arrangements with a trucking company. The standard semi-trailer that we ship is 53’ long, 8’ high and 8’ wide. If machines are put on the floor with cardboard, there is room for 63 pieces on the floor. Therefore, a trailer can hold 126 single machines double-stacked or 63 stackable machines or a mix of the two. We can also stack the machines on their sides and get 20-50% more, but there is much more damage to the machines and less cardboard can be used. International buyers usually ship 40’ containers and we can get 45 pieces on the floor or 90 single machines total if they are double stacked. | Current Wholesale Inventory:
