• $29.00/month for a top load side-by-side washer and dryer set (with email statements & automatic withdraw option)
• $36.00/month for a front load washer and dryer set (with email statements & automatic withdraw option)
• $20.00/month for a top load washer or dryer ONLY
• $36.00/month for an apartment sized stackable washer/dryer combination (with email statements & automatic withdraw option).  Stackable washer and dryers not available in all cities.
  
• $25.00 one-time installation fee
• $1.00/month optional cosmetic damage insurance

Discounts available for Apartment Complex Residents:

• Save $2.50/month if you choose email only statements
• Save $1.00/month if you choose monthly withdraw from your bank account
• 5% discount for a 6-month prepaid account
• 10% discount for a 12-month prepaid account

Private Home Residents
¨ We do NOT offer rentals for private home residents.  This includes condos, lofts, town homes, etc. that do not have a central leasing office.
